April White was born and raised in Yalobusha County, but she has called Lafayette County home for the past 31 years.
As the owner of Right-Way Realty and licensed real estate broker, she is passionate about real estate and committed to providing exceptional service.
April is known for her detailed knowledge of the area and her ability to guide clients through every aspect of the home buying process, from property selection and navigating the loan process, all the way to closing.
Her favorite quote, “Money don’t sleep & neither does April White when there are clients to care for,” reflects her dedication.
She also offers post-sale support, with an extensive network of trusted professionals to meet homeowners' needs.
Additionally, April is a licensed residential contractor and has developed the BayRidge Rentals subdivision, currently managing over 70 rental properties.
She believes in hard work, honesty, integrity, and doing things the right way, and is a graduate of the MS Realtor Institute.
Co-Founder
Terry White has lived in Lafayette County his entire life and is a graduate of Lafayette High School.
He is a professional machinery expert with over 25 years of experience in the timber and land development industries.
Terry owns White Oak Ridge LLC, specializing in excavating, land clearing, and constructing ponds and lakes, having built multiple projects for local residents.
His education and experience in land management and development make him a valuable asset to anything and everything related to land management and the real estate process.
Terry believes in hard work and balances his professional life with leisure time at Pickwick Lake, fishing with April.
